ROAD MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT

Road network managers currently devote more money to road maintenance than to road construction, especially as in many countries the roads are in relatively poor condition. In today’s world, the objectives and the driving forces are as follows:
- road user comfort and safety,
- the proper attribution of funds and a balance between preventive and curative maintenance,
- sustainable development, the preservation of resources, reduction of emissions, etc.
The FAYAT Group is consolidating its position in the sector of road maintenance. The arrival of SECMAIR  is an important step given that the expertise of this company in the field of road surfacing and sustainable development is recognised throughout the world. This has served to widen and rationalise our product range.

The range of sprayers is the largest on the market, and consists of product lines focused on 3 markets:

Roadsprayer Rincheval

for the emergent and high throughput markets where the emphasis of demand is structurally on prime coats and secondarily tack coats, where the binders use emulsions and/or cutback bitumen, we recommend the ROADSPRAYER;
the markets where the demand is for width variation and where full width is generally necessary. These markets are multiple and oriented on tack coats but there is also a demand for surface dressings. The tanks are not ADR. We recommend the EUROSPRAYER.
for even more technical markets, the thermo-fluid spraybar is necessary. The spraybars are also telescopic for applications of all kinds. The VARIOSPRAYER  is the ideal solution.

Variosprayer RIncheval

So-called multi-purpose applications are increasingly important and essentially local with direct supply to the job site in fuel, water, transport, etc. These solutions include an option when the main function is for spreading, whereas the SERVIROUTE  is a dedicated multi-purpose machine.

Serviroute Secmair

The RGS range of synchronous sprayer and chipping spreaders draws upon the experience of SECMAIR, the inventor of the concept, and is organised around 3 families:

The traditional RGS, fed by a tipping hopper, are the oldest and simplest versions of the technique that are being progressively replaced by the next two machines.
The compact, VIASEALER type, gravity-fed machines, characterised by their high metering precision, are ideally suited for patching and urban applications.
The RGS fed by conveyor belt are high output machines for road works subject to quality control and for highly competitive surface dressings.

Viasealer Breining

The SLURRYPAVER range has been upgraded with increased on-board volumes of sand for better output. The performance of the machines has been increased while at the same time complying with the requirements of the Highway Code.
The regulation of the bitumen according to the flow rate is a specific feature of BREINING, which in the current context of rapidly rising costs in road binders represents both a technical and also a very considerable economic advantage.

Traceability and CE certification
The certification of surface dressings and microsurfacing is part and parcel of a vast undertaking which started with the aggregates and the binders and is being pursued with the hot mixes. This fundamental development leads to decisive production criteria and controls. On-board automation and therefore actuators and sensors play an all-important role. Concomitantly, the level of expertise of the manufacturers, the knowledge of road building technologies and the service provided are more than ever before parameters related to the equipment itself.

We also offer all the necessary solutions for the production of emulsions and modified bitumens for the road building industry:

- Manufacture of emulsions in containerised solutions
- Manufacture of emulsions in fixed plants
- Manufacture of modified bitumens
- Storage of all kinds of binders
